Body Burn / H.I.I.T. (High Intensity Interval Training) will burn more calories per minute than any other exercise. 25 minutes.

Rope Burn  is an incredibly unique workout that utilizes our specialized and versatile rope equipment, fluctuating between cardio and resistance training. 25 minutes.

ABS and Arms This resistance training workout will put all emphasis on developing your abdominals and arms. 45 minutes.

Full Body Circuit a very comprehensive and well rounded full body resistance training workout. 45 minutes.

Glute Therapy is the most effective glute training workout on the market. Highly effective and technical.  45 minutes.
