We offer a number of unique classes as well as private sessions! 

ABS and Arms This resistance training workout will put all emphasis on developing your abdominals and upper body. 45-60 minutes (based on class size).

Full Body Circuit a very comprehensive and well rounded full body resistance training workout. 45-60 minutes (bases on class size).

Glute Therapy is perhaps the most effective glute training workout available. Very specialized and highly specific. Beyond all else…this workout is what we are known for. Utilize specialized glute equipment procured from as far away as Norway, German, Italy and Canada!  45-65 minutes (based on class size). 

Sweat Therapy  is a unique and engaging workout that includes aspects of high energy HIIT training which utilizes specialized equipment such as Versa Climbers, Jacob’s Ladders, Magnetic Resistance Rope Trainers, slam balls, kettle bells, battle ropes, weight training, body weight exercises and more! Burn calories and tone your muscles at the same time! 35-55 minutes (based on class size and intensity level).
